Just a quick thought. Under the Law only those who were a part of the covenant were to be allowed to enter the temple where worship took place.
In the age to come the only people allowed to enter the New Jerusalem or heaven are those who have their name written in the book of life.
No unbelievers in the worship in the past and none in the future. If we are supposed to allow it now then where is the instruction of Scripture to do this? Anyone?

A Picture from the Book of Numbers
This is just one of many reasons I find the Book of Numbers so fascinating. As I read this morning I was wondering why God would care to put in such detail on the number of people in each tribe and camp. I decided to make a visual picture of the described layout of the camp in the wilderness. I put the numbers into a graph tool and made size proportioned boxes for each total. I then placed them as they are described in the book. Here is what I came up with.

What a visual representation of our true hope and that of Israel. The ultimate fulfillment of the covenant. The rest they were seeking could only be found at the cross - see Hebrews 4!
